Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide high-quality, custom-made products. Since many of our items are made to order, we have the following policies regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges:

Made-to-Order Items:

All made-to-order items are created just for you, and therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for these items unless there is an error on our part. This includes incorrect prints, wrong sizes (if the wrong size was shipped), or damaged goods.

  • Incorrect Item or Defect:
    If we have made a mistake in your order (wrong item, size, or print) or your item is received damaged, we will gladly offer a replacement at no extra cost.
    To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with:
    • A clear description of the issue
    • Photos of the defective or incorrect item and any packaging
    • Your order number

We will work with you to correct the error as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged, we offer replacements under the following conditions:

  • You must report the damage within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • Please provide photos showing the damage to the product and the packaging.
  • Once we have verified the damage, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.

Exchanges:

Due to the nature of made-to-order items, we do not offer exchanges. Please be sure to double-check your order details, including size and color preferences, before placing your order.

Order Cancellations:

  • Cancellations are not accepted once the production process has begun.
